What is Sahledu?

Sahledu is an online tool that helps schools centralise and streamline their operation. It speeds up most schools' tasks and gives all staff, students and parents access to lots of data and functionality.

What happens to the information when the scholastic year is rolled-over?

All historical data is kept and none of it is deleted. All the relevant users have access to their data

Is the student information kept over the years?

Yes and it is easily accessible. You can see the history of a student from the moment they join till they leave.

Can teachers view confidential information?

Security can be configured to your specific requirements. It is up to you to decide who can view or edit what information.

Sahledu charges per students?

Yes. We charge a fixed rate per active student with no other fixed costs. There is a 1 euro cent charge per SMS if you decide to use our communication platform.

Do I need to install any software?

No. MySchool is a web application accessible through your browser. This means you can access it from any web enabled computer.

Do I have to sign up for a fixed term?

There is no fixed term contract. You can pay per month and cancel at any moment. If you require any customisations, depending on the specifics, we sometimes will do it at no charge with a 1 year fixed term contract. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What browsers do you support?

We support recent modern versions of Safari, Firefox and Chrome as well as Internet Explorer 9 and above.

I'm a parent, can I get Sahledu?

You can only use MySchool if your child's school has it set up.

How do I get started?

You can sign up for a 30 day trial (we can also extend it if need be). You will be able to configure your trial and import your data to test out the whole system.

Do you offer training and support?

We have help material which is embedded in your application. Our support team is also available to answer any questions and help you with your implementation. We can be contacted by ticketing system and phone between 8am and 5pm CET. We also offer 24 hour emergency phone support.

How do you protect our data?

How can I pay for the subscription?
